Rev. Bianca

Reverend Bianca R. Davis-Lovelace is an ordained United Church of Christ minister and Executive Director of REACH. She also serves as the Washington State Tri-Chair for the Poor People’s Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival. Reverend Bianca earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech from Jackson State University and a Master of Arts Management degree with a focus in Nonprofit Management from Columbia College Chicago in 2010. Later, she received her Master of Divinity from Chicago Theological Seminary in May of 2013. In addition, to her pastoral ministry, Reverend Bianca was formerly employed with Chicago's Cook County Health & Hospital Systems as an Early Intervention Services Specialist and Health Educator, where she provided health education, community outreach, testing/counseling, and early intervention services to at-risk communities and clients diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. In 2015, she was chosen as Princeton Theological Seminary's Black Theology and Leadership Fellow and one of Union Theological Seminary's top 50 Millennial Leaders. Also, in 2015 she was awarded the honor of Chicago’s 40 Under 40 for the Young Women Professionals League. In 2017, she served and represented the state of Washington as the Spring 2017 Community Organizing Fellow for Organizing for Action founded by Former First Lady Michelle Obama & Jim Messina.

Maggie BreenResearch & Development Director

Rev. Maggie Breen is pastor in the PC(USA). In her call to ministry, Maggie has served in congregational leadership mostly recently as Associate Pastor for Compassion, Justice and Peace at St. Andrew Presbyterian in Renton, as well as in ecumenical leadership as the founding Executive Director of REACH. She is delighted and honored to return to REACH in support of work as our Development Director. Maggie currently also serves as Community Education and Assessment Specialist for Seattle Presbytery. Before returning to REACH, Maggie worked with Seattle University’s Center for Religious Wisdom and World Affairs facilitating community-based work by local faith-based organizations in dialogue with a panel of research practitioners. Maggie’s passion and call is centered in pastoring the church as it pays attention to the Spirit’s call in the local community and in working directly in the local community in service to more just and peaceful ways of living together. She lives in Renton, her second home, having moved here from Scotland in 2001.

Pattie has been involved with REACH for over 10 years serving in a variety of roles; financial secretary, donation coordinator, newsletter editor and publisher. Along with many others in the community she helped to transform the Renton City Jail into the Center of Hope six years ago. She is a retired school librarian/teacher with an M.Ed. In addition to teaching she coached track and field and cross country at the middle school level. Pattie is a trained Love and Logic facilitator. She also serves her local church on its board and on the regional level at the Seattle Presbytery mentoring people in the process of becoming ordained.

Jill Kong is a community organizer who has been involved with community outreach and social justice work since 2018, having worked on campaigns concerning housing justice, mass liberation, affordable healthcare, gun violence prevention, and so forth. A transwoman who emigrated from China at the age of 19, Jill carries with her lived experience with intersectional issues of marginalization, and a strong dedication to serving underserved communities. As the Volunteer Engagement Manager for REACH, Jill is committed to bringing an equitable and anti-racist approach to work, aiming to support and elevate the voices of folks from the diverse communities in South King County.
