The Rev. Dr. Linda Smith Hope Fund
This fund was launched at our 50th Anniversary Gala Celebration in honor of Rev. Dr. Linda Smith's work and in thanksgiving for her inspiration: her mother Willie Mae Young. It will be used to support move in costs and getting families set up in their new homes.
HOPE ON THE HILL is a partnership between REACH and LLC (Lakeridge Lutheran Church). In January 2021, REACH will relocate Center of Hope family services to the church.
Our goal is to have every REACH family receive a much-needed bump in support and resources as they transition from homelessness to housing. We invite groups, churches, and organizations to become a sponsor of the Welcome Home Program. Funds raised more than $500 will go into the REACH diversion fund which is used to help folks on the verge of becoming homeless.
Contact Pattie Holt, donation coordinator, to learn how your group can make a real and lasting impact in the life of a family by becoming a Welcome Home sponsor.
We value transparency.
